Intel shows off first MeeGo 1.0 videos

Intel’s Moblin and Nokia Memo Linux based operating systems merged together earlier in the year to form MeeGo and we had heard very little about the project since the announcement of the merger, now however Intel has lifted the lid on the project and has released a couple of videos which show the OS in action.
The simplified UI that is on show is Intel’s interpretation of what it sees the MeeGo platform looking like, undoubtedly Nokia will have their own view and vision for the platform which may look different.
As you can see from the videos, Intel and Nokia are targeting the OS towards many different products from netbooks, phones and even internet enabled Tv’s, no word yet as of when this will be released on commercial devices.
